Standard Shipping
Shipping fee: $3.95
Estimated delivery time: 6–12 business days
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to the countries available during checkout.
Delays & Shipping Issues
Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier issues, weather conditions, or periods of high demand.
Our customer support team is available to assist with tracking information and order updates.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed.
Once order processing or preparation has begun—or if the order has already shipped—cancellation is no longer possible.
Returned-to-Sender Orders
If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, a refund will be issued only after the package has been returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, a restocking fee of 30% of the total order value will be applied.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
