Returns & Refunds Policy

At Amber Active, transparency and customer satisfaction are important to us. Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, intimate products such as underwear, bras, bodysuits, shapewear, and swimwear are not eligible for return or refund once opened, tried on, or worn.


Return Shipping Costs

Returns are not free and are subject to a handling fee.

If the return is due to a customer decision (such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or unwanted item), return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Amber Active will offer a free replacement. In this case, you must contact us first so we can arrange an appropriate solution.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our part.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items.

To request an exchange, you must contact us before returning the item.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via email or our contact form and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The product(s) concerned

  • A brief explanation

  • Clear photos of the item

If your request is approved, we will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.


Important Notice

Original shipping fees, return handling fees, and any applicable customs or import duties are non-refundable and may be deducted from the total refund amount where applicable.
