This website (getamberactive.com) is operated by RAFALE FLOW LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Hong Kong. "Amber Active" is a trading name of RAFALE FLOW LIMITED.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all related policies (Refund, Privacy, Shipping). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By placing an order you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use the payment method submitted.
4. Products & Pricing
We strive to display product images, descriptions and prices as accurately as possible, but minor variations in colour, fabric or measurements may occur. All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may include or exclude taxes and duties as indicated.
We reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price. If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund.
5. Orders & Payment
An order constitutes an offer to buy, which we accept by sending a confirmation email. Payment is processed by our authorised payment providers (Shopify Payments, Airwallex). We never store full card details on our servers.
6. Shipping & Returns
Shipping conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — logos, product images, copy, designs — is the property of RAFALE FLOW LIMITED or its licensors, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, to use automated tools to scrape content, or to impersonate any person or entity.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAFALE FLOW LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Disclaimer
The Site and products are provided "as is". We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Product descriptions are for general information; individual experience may vary.
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU for consumers in the European Union (see our Refund Policy).
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Material changes will be notified on the Site.
